Terms and Conditions1. Upon successful payment to Casa Xelaju for Skype classes, you are bound to the following contract: A. Cancellation policy I. Classes must be cancelled at least 12 hours before the arranged class time. II. Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the arranged class time will receive a full refund for the class and reschedule. III. ‘Late Notice Cancellations,’ or cancellations made within 12 hours of the class will not be refunded. IV. After two consecutive Late Notice Cancellations, Casa Xelajú reserves the right to cancel the contract and deny a refund. V. Cancellation is only effective after a confirmation of cancellation. From the staff at Casa Xelajú B. Class duration I. Classes last one hour, unless otherwise arranged by the student and the administration at Casa Xelajú II. Students should be connected to Skype at their scheduled time. 1. Casa Xelajú is not responsible for tardiness by the student. 2.
