This fully furnished apartment is located on the second floor of Casa Xelaju’s main building. It has one bedroom, living room, bathroom with hot water, dining room, kitchen with a partial view of La Pedrera hill. It is located just five minutes walking distance from the central park.
This apartment can be rented by the day, week, or month for one or two people. An additional bed fee is $7.00 per day.

**A $60.00 or Q500.00 refundable deposit should be paid at our office in Quetzaltenango before taking over the apartment.
This deposit will be refunded after one of our representatives checks the apartment. If items are missing or damaged, charges might apply.
Long term renting
From two to six months

From seven months to one year

A deposit of one month must be paid upon rental.
Cleaning fee:
- If the apartment is left clean according to check out instructions and there have been no damages, complete deposit will be returned.
- If you choose to have CX do the cleaning, your deposit will be used to cover this service.
After getting your application, we will be holding your reservation for eight days. Send 15% of your rent via PayPay (julio@casaxelaju.com pay as a family/friend, otherwise, these services will charge 3% of your payment), Venmo (@julio-batres-7) or sending a check to our office in Minneapolis, MN. Please make check payable to Julio Batres. Your balance will be paid at our office in Xelaju with a personal check or cash. Yes, we accept personal checks from the US (only for USA banks).
