Cleaning fee:
- If the apartment is left clean according to check out instructions and there have been no damages, complete deposit will be returned.
- If you choose to have CX do the cleaning, your deposit will be used to cover this service.
This apartment has two beds. If you wish to have an additional bed, there is a charge of $7.00 per day per day

Part of your payment will be used to help the rural school in Aldea Francisco Vela to run the computer lab and pay for internet services. We have donated more than 300 computers and donated 20 music instruments for the school band.
