Apartment 8H. These fully furnished quiet, cozy and low budget unit is located on the lower level of Casa Xelaju’s building. Both units have one bedroom with a double bed, a living room, bathroom with tub and hot water, dining room, kitchen, porch, cable HDTV, LED monitor, purified water and free wifi 24/7.
It is perfect for one person or a couple. This apartment do not have a view of the city or mountains like the other apps.
The Central Park and Zona Viva, fine restaurants, bars, coffee shops, Walmart’s Dispensa Familiar, two farmer markets and a commercial center are located five minutes away from this unit. This are is one of the safest in the city.

This apartment can be rented by the day, week, or month for one or two people.

This apartment has one bed for two people. If you wish to obtain an additional bed, the fee is $7.00 per day.
**A $50.00 or Q300.00 refundable deposit should be paid at our office in Quetzaltenango before taking over the apartment.
This deposit will be refunded upon departure based on the condition in which it is turned in with one of our representatives. If items are missing or damaged, charges will be deducted from the deposit.
We will hold your reservation eight days after your sent your application. Please mail out a check to our office in Minneapolis, MN.
